Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

SPN doesn’t sell products directly. Our marketplace is her to connect consumers and vendors. Each vendor can establish their own refund and returns policy. PayPal is our payment gateway provider. Therefore, consumers and vendors are subject to the rules of PayPal.

Consumers should always contact the vendors directly with any issues or questions about a transaction in the SPN marketplace. Any customer can leave a review for any vendor, product, or service on SPN. SPN will also remove any sellers that don’t maintain a quality reputation.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You can also be an eligible for a return if the products or services are not as advertised.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. SPN not accept returns directly. Do not return products to SPN. If you want to return products to a vendor, use their address, and contact the vendor directly.

Some more non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

Please do not send your purchase back to the Service Professionals Network.

Refunds

You can request a refund through SPN. We will contact sellers to let them know you are asking for a refund. If the seller doesn’t want to issue a refund for any reason, please contact us before disputing the charge with PayPal.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a week.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Each vendor on SPN is responsible for customer satisfaction, so please contact them first with any issues on a purchase. We are here to help as we are able, but our options are limited as we are a marketing platform for individual sellers.
