    OK, here’s what you do….Preheat your oven to 450, spray some oil on this grate and set the oiled-up grate in a foil-lined baking tray. Lay the bacon down flat and pop it in the oven for 5-10 minutes. Once it starts getting a little crispy, reduce the heat to 375-400 and let it cook for another 10 minutes or so.

    When it’s all done, your bacon will be laying flat, crispy and delicious, and most of the grease will have dripped down into the foil-lined baking tray. Remove the foil and the grease in one easy step and EAT THAT BACON!

    The best part is, the grate goes right into the dishwasher. BOOM. Done.
