Composer / Arranger & violinist Sue Aston. Music for Sync TV, Film, Theatre & Media. Inspired by the landscape.

am a professional violinist and composer and have appeared on classical, pop and rock recordings, radio broadcasts and television, both nationally and internationally. My music is a blend of Classical and Celtic influences, and is currently available for use on the BBC Desktop Jukebox. I am also available for new commissions, and my music is ideal for use in dramas and documentaries.

I also run Classical Strings which provides String Quartet,Trio,Duo, Solo Violin for Weddings & Events - We have exclusive arrangements of pop, rock, film & classics. Plus you can have your favourite song arranged for FREE

I have been featured on the BBC1 Heaven and Earth show with Simon Calder, and Stephen Garner's Radio 4 documentary 'Derek Tangye the Cornish Gardener' which was presented by John McCarthy.

I have worked with eminent musicians such as Simon Rattle, Nigel Kennedy, Peter Donohoe, Yehudi Menuhin, Sir Charles Groves, Esa Pekka Salonen, Gordon Giltrap , Chris De Burgh Martin Carthy and Dave Swarbrick.
