@spnlocal…I do it all the time…. I did take one the other night on Speed Networking but I did not want to share it without everyone’s permission.

Many thanks, Mike @spnlocal! I really appreciate that!
@spnlocal Hey Mike,
Would love to connect with you here. I see the demographic is a little older, and thought that there could be some huge value adds for them in terms of social and creating content.
This is the place to connect with you right?
Thank you so much for joining us here!!
The demographic just got a little younger it seems. :)
This is one of the best ways to contact outside of just giving me a call. I get a lot of notifications every hour of the day so leaving things on my wall here or sending me an email/text works pretty well.
This site ranks fairly high in some search engines and grows a little bit every day. The goal is just to keep growing by sharing information and helping as we are able.
Please feel free to use this site to share whatever content you want and further connect with other members.
@spnlocal Hi Mike! Thank you…. i am looking forward to learning and sharing.
@spnlocal Once I get back from my hiatus at the end of this month, November 30th, I would love to interview you my brother for my podcast…you will have to text me your answer though, as of Wednesday morning, my wifi will be off until the 30th of November
@spnlocal Wishing you an amazing holiday Mike! Grateful for you and SPN!
The link is a little different because you typically have to use one of the icons below the white box to post links, videos, or images.
The left icon is for images that are on your computer. The middle icon is for videos from YouTube or Instagram (and similar sites), and the chain link icon works well for LinkedIn articles, gifs, and blogs typically. You can post links in the big white box and just post them, but depending on the site (upload time/connectivity) it may or may not work. There is a 30 second byte limit, so if the blog or site doesn\’t load fairly quickly it won\’t load.
@spnlocal Mike, still in West Africa for another year. I try to check things out every now and then, but for the most part, I try to stay focused on my purpose. Thanks for noticing. Hope you have a great day, looks like things are growing slowly but surely.
@spnlocal Thanks Mike, I\’m happy to be on this platform and I\’m sure I will add value as well as benefit from this network.

Something that we, each of us, have a degree of both fear and fascination about… I’d love to know what you think about the questions posed in my Insta post!

Let's talk about death. In every one of us there is some degree of fear as well as fascination when it comes to death. The big fear primarily falls where the idea of death is singular. The idea of life… and then death. Done. I am hoping to shed a little light in terms of the symbolic meaning of death, particularly as it applies to astrology, tarot, analytical psychology, dream analysis and Shadow integration; but also as it applies to our physical beings. Death is merely the END needed in order to begin something new. An example that I often use in sessions is; when an infant is born, there has been a symbolic death of the fetus. The cycle is; life/death/rebirth, or beginning/ending/transformation. It is never just the two separate phases of LIFE and DEATH. It is a continuous loop or spiral, where one morphs into the other. Shadow integration is a death within this cycle, which allows for the rebirth or… transformation. The death of things such as self-sabotaging patterns, critical judgements, explosive triggers, uncertainty, self-rejection, miserable relationships, suffering and in famous 6th House lingo… “stuckness”. When we take power away from these things in our lives, as the divine beings that we are, we enable ourselves to transform. Each little death, each integration, brings us closer to the wholeness that we strive toward when doing this powerful soul dance with our Shadows. What are your fears and fascinations surrounding death? What things come up from your depths when you think about endings? Is there something inside of you that feels as though needs to die in order for you to live more fully? Be curious. Be courageous. Be well. #shadowworker #transformations #shadowintegration ##death #rebirth #transform #digdeeper #shadowcoaching #shadowcoach #wellness #wellnesscoach #holisticapproach #soulworker #souldeep #holistichealing #fearless #lessfear #symbolism #tarotcards #astrology #depthpsychology #analyticalpsychology #fascination #dotheworkdaily #healingtrauma #bewell #magic #magicmaker #settingtrends

Until then, let me just say…
We are all grander than the sum total of what we contribute to our immediate environments, we are all more than mere skin and bones and nerves. We are stardust…
Every thought turned action causes a ripple effect, let\’s make them count!
Let\’s make them count every. damn. day.
