We’ve all had them. The client who starts out as an opportunity for a sale and turns into a nightmare to deal with. Maybe they didn’t start that way, or maybe they did, and it was overlooked because we’re so fixated on the sale?
I’ll walk you through steps to identify them and how to fire them.

He tried, he failed. He tried again and he failed again. The third time Thilo tried the golf shot he was successful at getting the ball on the green.
