LEG ROUTINE:
• 4 SETS OF BOX JUMPS
• 4 SETS OF SINGLE LEG SIDE STEPS UPS
• 4 SETS OF ALTERNATING SIDESTEP UP JUMPS
• 4 SETS OF BOX JUMP SQUATS
• 1 SET OF HIP THRUSTS WITH LEGS ELEVATED

Meditation- to focus one’s mind for a period of time, in silence or with the aid of chanting or other sounds, for religious or spiritual purposes or as a method of relaxation.⠀
For me, meditation has been a way to look inside myself. To see the real me. To get to know me. To quiet my mind.
To see who I really am without any outside…
