About Me

I am looking for my next full-time IT support opportunity!


IT service and support professional with 20 years experience working with tech. I cut my teeth in many industries including early childhood education, autism habilitation, & retail, but I spent the most time in working as a maintenance professional in warehouses, appliance repair, SFH renovations, and multi-family maintenance.


I left that field to pursue a future in IT, where I helped the City of Seattle through COVID by virtualizing business-critical public meetings and events and assisting thousands of employees to transition to working from home.


I hosted over 1,500 hours of trainings and office hour for Webex Meetings software, created libraries of Tier 0 support documentation and KB articles, and managed the support stream for the City at large, an organization of 10,000+ employees and many departments with wildly differing needs, by using tools like SharePoint and Power Apps.


My technical skills are honed and always improving. I am committed to a lifetime of learning and humble leadership. My greatest asset, though, is my attitude. I love working with people and making their lives easier.


To me, there is no greater joy than de-escalating an upset client or teaching someone a new trick that will save their valuable time each day, and then proposing meaningful changes to prevent the same fires from starting again.
