I’m just in discussions at this point, but I hope to open a real estate office in Los Cabos, Mexico by Q3 or Q4 2022.

We’re already seeing a lot of U.S. citizens buying homes in La Paz and Los Cabos. I believe that the next recession will drive many more south of the border. And why not? The cost of living and healthcare options are two huge drivers; but the advantages Mexico offers are too numerous to list.

So, while I’m getting this real estate business set up, feel free to ask me anything about Mexico! And remember, there are no dumb questions – before we moved to Mexico in 2017, we asked them all – if you want to know something, just ask!
