Some people may believe celebrating small wins is rhetoric. However, this is far from the truth.
In fact, it’s been shown that consistently celebrating mini goals along the path to end goals can build up self-confidence.
Moreover, the celebration doesn’t have to cost a penny.
When you reach a mini goal in your job search process, let’s say, receiving an interview invite, take a moment to mentally pat yourself on the back or silently clap your hands.
These intentional moments can keep you encouraged.
