If WFH worked perfectly well for 2 years, then it WORKS PERFECTLY WELL. Don’t make changes for change’s sake.

EXACTLY. It seems to me some businesses want their folks to return to the office, but don’t actually have a valid business reason to implement it. Of course, there are other circumstances that absolutely warrant a return to office.. but not for those who have successfully run their business over the last 2 years in a WFH scenario.
