Excellent read here, @DaveATVerus — One of the worst hoops would be waiting for feedback or an answer. I am aware many of the corporations looking to hire are the reason for the delays. I can’t tell you how many times in my banking career, years ago, it would take 2-3 months for the bank to finally make the offer. It seems to somewhat have improved, however, still takes a long time.
I have learned to just keep applying and searching.
