Established in 1990, Caldwell Investment Management Ltd (‘Caldwell’) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Caldwell Financial Ltd, a majority employee-owned firm. Registered with the Ontario Securities Commission, our principal regulator, Caldwell Investment Management Ltd. is a registered portfolio manager and investment fund manager, and a registered portfolio manager in other provinces where it does business.
