I came to SPN to meet other business professionals and build relationships and a network of referrals.

I believe in helping people get what they want.  I’ve been a Health Coach for 10+ years, but over the last 3 years have done primarily Leadership Coaching as I wanted to open up coaching to helping people get what they want in any part of their lives.

I am passionate about helping people succeed and I walk with my clients to help them achieve their goals.

I work with individuals and teams within organizations to help them work better together.  Unity, organizational structure, alignment are all incredibly important and people are the driving force behind the success of the business.

Through a strategic people development pathway, I help the people in organization maximize productivity, overcome burnout, and build teams that collaborate and work well together.
