About Me

I’m a fully qualified and insured integrative therapist and clinical hypnotherapist; registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) and a member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy. Throughout my career, I’ve had extensive training in CBT, mindfulness, ACT and other third-wave therapies, psychosensory interventions and NLP.

In 2017 I was awarded the London Hypnotherapy Academy ‘Rising Star’ award for hypnotherapy. This integration of different disciplines allows me to create treatment plans that are tailored specifically to the client that bring about sustainable, lifelong change.
